Once your order has been placed, orders may take up to 3-4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. Orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, we will cancel the order and notify you by phone, mail, or email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items at any time. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that all personal information you have entered for the order is valid. All shipping and delivery dates specified on our website are estimates only and are subject to change. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays by the carrier When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Once orders leave, they become the property of the shipper. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Risk of loss and title to ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement.
